Impressed by the efforts of Mr. DNS, we hope to provide a similar service to the Open OLTP community. Mr. OLTP will endeavor to answer your questions, if they relate to the field. If they don't and are sufficiently witty and won't land him in trouble he might answer them anyway.
For now, while volumes are low, Mr. OLTP will attempt to reply
everything by e-mail (that which isn't obviously unsolicited junk, also
known as SPAM). For the purposes of Copyright your question becomes
our's (ZOIS's) so that we can post it on this site. In
order to stop SPAM generally and to keep your SPAM count low we won't
put your e-mail address in the credit for the question, unless you want
us to. Remember that Mr. OLTP is quite busy earning an honest crust,
so questions might not be answered right away. Some of the questions
you may ask, we respectfully point out, may be better asked of your
OLTP provider's support organization, we'll let you know that.
Check Mr. OLTP's answers to see if he hasn't answered your question already.
Finally, the only dumb question is an unasked one.
